Initial visit: $395
Concussion Rehab is committed to providing all of our patients with exceptional care. When a patient cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen. We ask that patients give 24 hours notice of cancellation otherwise 100% of the visit fee will be charged.
